Hello, I’m not a Starbucks employee but I am a Starbucks fanatic and I contacted customer service to leave a rave review for my favorite barista at my neighborhood starbucks.
I just wanna know will this employee be notified of it? I didn’t leave my info but just their name and the Starbucks location and my feedback. I just am hoping that the district manager or someone will recognize them with a gift card or something because I really do honestly think this barista gives great customer service and goes above & Beyond for their store in other ways. And they split tips at this location so I’ve tipped 50s before to be sure they get a big tip at the end of their shift but idk I just hope they really get to feel special from the corporation in someway.

If it trickles down to their store manager, the SM may let the employee know. That said, I do not know anyone who’s been rewarded for one good feedback. Keep leaving good feedback if they send you the survey though, getting good customer connection scores means we don’t get hounded about them as much.

Thankyou I actually called the customer service number to leave it; I never get receipts cause I always pay via mobile order or tell them I don’t want one. Just a question then is there something I could do to show appreciation to this barista? Also even the store? Like maybe gifting them pizza & breadsticks for example from the pizza shop near the plaza (I see them go there often for lunch so I assume they like it but maybe they get tired of it so idk) I just really do appreciate this barista and this specific one in my neighborhood because there’s another right down the street from them and its terrible service, presentation. I’ve been drinking Starbucks for the last decade and I really never been more impressed with a team/store.

if you want to show your appreciation to just that barista, you can give them their own tip in a sealed envelope with their name on it, and they get to keep it! orherwise tips are pooled. some of our regulars bring us donuts or flowers. anything is appreciated <3
