My SM told us before that she had access to it, but she has to get permission and look at it under the supervision of another person (not sure if it's someone from corporate or the security company or what). So it can totally be done, but it's a whole process and almost certainly not worth it for what was ultimately a dumb mistake without any malice behind it, if they could pinpoint when it happened at all.

My Nitro has been down for like 2-3 months now and every time someone comes out miraculously they come up with a part that may or may not be missing but always tells us that it works perfectly now

One day, two seemingly unrelated incidences occurred. We ran out of whipped cream faster than usual. It felt as if we had two less canisters than usual. But how could we lose entire canisters? Then, every time we moved the iced coffee container, it felt heavier than usual. It seemed strange but I thought nothing of it until the end of the night when it was supposed to be empty and was still heavy.
Two (luckily clean) whipped cream canisters had been inside the iced coffee dispenser all day and no one realized.
