We are understaffed on clean play days so instead of using clean play time for clean play, we're dealing with the stuff that should've been done before closing. We've also had a while since we've had clean play, either way the source of the problem is that the drain pipes from the rinsing sinks are improperly channeled so they SPRAY MILK outwards not IN the drain so there was 1/4 of an inch built up on the floor behind the doors under the counters. Real lovely.
