Usually these are for star dashes where they had to order a cinnamon dolce latte but they don’t like cinnamon dolce lattes. So they can customize it to whatever they want while still getting credit for the star dash.

I’ve figured out that sometimes they get like a bunch of stars if they order a specific drink so they’ll just order it and modify it to be what they actually want
