New SSV- need advice (self.starbucksbaristas)

I just got promoted as an SSV exactly 1 month ago. I also have dyslexia and I am having a hard time reading the DCR. I spoke with my manager and he said I can do whatever I need to do so that it is easier for me. The thing is, I have no idea what to do in order to improve it. The main issues that I have are that the font is too small and there is too much going on. My eyes can’t focus on one word long enough to read it. Does anyone else also struggle to read the DCR, and if so, what are some things that help you?

I rewrite it at times , like planning for breaks and what not. You can also use play builder App that (should) show you the DCR and you can even adjust the play!

when you go to print the dcr on partner hours, you can adjust the font size!

i’d suggest getting someone to read the dcr to you or using the app so you can write it bigger in a way that makes sense to you

I always cross out breaks and whoever has left for the day so I have less to focus on
