The pattern for decaf fraps is 1/2/3, not 1/2/2. I would do shots instead for froast, and do half decaf. They may have a standard somewhere that I missed that’s different.
Nitro lids follow cold foam and nitro beverages.
Anything that’s refrigerated + bagels go in white bags. Anything else, brown bag.

it’s weird but it’s 1 half caf shot for them all i think (correct me if i’m wrong, but bc it’s just one decaf and one regular it’s technically two shots, so it’d be the same amount for all the sizes cuz decaf goes 1/2/2 ) i it’s just gonna be dark n pretty coffee tasting and you’d still use coffee base syrup as that has no actual caffeine in it just coffee flavoring . this is why i will look at ppl weird when they get a half caf tall frapp. just get one pump less of frapp roast dafuq.
if you don’t have nitro , just use the lids for the foam. they suck at keeping regular liquids in and the ice will slip out sometimes . not very ideal and can be a liability.
all warmed up items go in the white bags. Sandwiches and big pastry items in square white bag. Crossiants, wraps and egg bites go in panini bags . (tall rectangle one) Brown should only be used for cold pastries. They don’t have strong paper and the glue will melt from the steam and make the bag fall apart , making the customer lose their pastry on the floor. again not ideal and liability as they get burned too from the thin bags.
hope this helps i also work at a licensed store
