15 minutes of non-coverage? (self.starbucksbaristas)

my learning probably?

Could be a partner development conversation. Managers are supposed to sit down with us every few months to check in with us and see if they can help us improve at our current positions or promote if we want to. I think they usually try to have them tacked on at the beginning or end of a shift but sometimes things happen…

this is probably the most likely, its at the beginning of my shift

i have some type of training like that soon but i’m not sure what it is

“training” and “non-coverage” are different categories (though managers may use them similarly for labor budget reasons) - anyway, if you have a 15 minute training coming up, it’s likely myLearning for the upcoming holiday season launch, or other myLearning (barista 90, safety & security, etc)

my bad , it’s actually marked non coverage so i’m not sure :(

Might be limits to coverage hours that your manager is trying to work around subtly? Mine does that
