Management App - built by a manager for managers (supervisors, you’d probably dig it too)! (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I just finished building an app for three things!

- The first is to enable myself to remember my team’s birthdays and anniversaries to make sure no one ever gets missed.

- The second is to make planning out my hiring easier by inputting people’s expected leave dates to help me understand what my hiring needs will be several months out. You can sort your team by upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, and expected leave dates.

- The third is all about inventory management. You can input an item, record the item number, put in your daily usage of the item, and whether it comes on your 2-day order or weekly order and it will spit out your item par for you and keep track of it within the app. When it comes time to order, you can simply type in what you have on hand and it will spit out what you should order.

I plan on using this with my shift supervisors (you could have your team sign in under one username if you like and just don’t put any confidential info on the “my team” tab) to track our inventory and make sure that everyone can easily complete both 2 day and 7 day orders the same exact way.

Best of all, it’s completely free!

Let me know what you think and I’m happy to make updates based on the feedback I receive. (also this is my first attempt at an app :P)

Wow, what a project! Congrats and well done!!! Did you do all the ux AND ui AND coding??

So I used a no-code platform so all that was involved on the backend was formatting a couple of excel formulas. But yes, I did everything here 😅 it is a fun project still.

I’m brainstorming other things that would be handy to have in an app at my side whilst managing a store so I can add more features in!

What's the no-code platform you used if I may ask?

Glide Apps! It’s pretty cool to tinker around with for free but if you want your project to be public for others to try, you have to pay $25 a month for hosting (like a lot of no code apps at this point)
