I had two partners for most of it (SSV and barista…) taking turns ringing people out (me bar, barista on food/front, but me jumping in to ring because the barista was particular on standing next to the oven until it alarmed…) almost had a panic attack because my third person left mid shift when their coverage was about 45-1hr late ^.^
