How do you stock and prepare the display case in the morning?
My store doesn’t have one so I never trained on it, but I sometimes work at a store that has one. The shift gets annoyed when it becomes clear I don’t know how to prep the display case for opening.

You can look up the sirens eye on the resources app

theres an app on the ipad called sirens eye, the ssv or another barista should be able to show you which one to use. it shows you where everything goes. sandwiches and anything in the fridge is the only food you need to warm, and put the setting on the oven as display, and then choose the food. the display setting browns the tops and makes it look better but may not fully cook the food.
