CAT pay — is there a time limit on how many days we can get paid for when our store is closed due to a hurricane? ()

Cat Pay covers hours that you were scheduled. As far as I'm aware, you will be paid for all schedules shifts up until there are none left

Ok. I’m asking for clarification because someone said it’s only for the first three days.

So if a store is closed for five days the partners would only be paid for the first three days? Doesn’t seem right to me. Just trying to find out if someone could tell me FOR SURE what the actual policy is.

As the other person said you'd be covered for all scheduled shifts. So even if it were more than five days, if you're scheduled for the next three weeks and you don't work due to the catastrophe you get paid for every scheduled shift during that three weeks

Hey- Texas barista here. During the freeze we were shut down for about five days. All scheduled hours during that time were covered. You won’t lose any :)
