You totally can say something. It’s literally in the training modules that using the wrong pronouns is subject to adressal. If you do say something though, make sure it’s worded to go along with the starbucks mission and values.

I’ll admit to being one of the only closers at my store at the moment, so I’m not entirely sure if u can get away with, but I would ignore them bc they are not addressing the right person technically gender wise. I’d look around around and play dumb.

I’d also grab a partner who was that gender even if they were in the back and go this person was asking for u.

But, also one of the folks I worked with would pretend like they were talking them and use the wrong set of pronouns out of spite.

tbh i mostly just grin and bear it. it sucks so badly, but most of the time, we aren't going to see each other again, so it's whatever. maybe talk to your ssvs about limiting the time you spend on front/dto/dtr. if someone is harassing you, you have the right to remove yourself from the situation, and if it's the same repeat offender(s), definitely mention it to your sm. i have had a shift kick a customer out for using some lovely language towards me while i was on bar, so it's not like you're completely powerless.
