? What. This can’t be sold. We can’t sell drink components on their own. Unless ? Are y’all charging water as a base drink? Where is the creme base listed and the modification for “blended”? Should be rung in as a custom tea.

I disagree. Since it's blended and they requested to have Creme Base in it, it would have been rung up as a Creme based frapp, no milk sub water, no whip/ice, add VSCCF

Yep Good point. The sticker as posted doesn’t indicate any cream base which is why I would have rung it in as a custom tea. But I understand now that it was probably a green bean that took the order and didn’t ring in all the requests.

After the green bean rung it up I told them it was wrong and showed them the right way to ring it up as a custom iced tea but the partner started yelling at me asking why was it 7 dollars and ask to speak to the manager. But we were having a rush so I just gave it to them

I was just so surprised by them yelling at me and the green bean that I just gave it to them so they could leave and I felt bad after because it was their second shift on the floor and they got yelled at by a partner
