Hi so i quit starbucks as a barista after working for 2 years and regret it lol. I applied back to my same store and immediately got a email a day later p much saying “thanks for applying but no” and i called the manager and they told me they aren’t hiring right now but will definitely consider me when they begin looking again(which could be within a month or two). I just am concerned since i got denied on the starbucks talent acquisition, will the manager be able to see my application still in the system even though it got denied the first time?
