Hi everyone, I am a partner of 4 and a half years and a junior in college majoring in Business Administration. One of my classes for the semester is requiring me to do a case study on a company with public issues that I see need to be addressed. Of course I chose starbucks because I’ve worked for them for so long and I know quite a bit of information. This survey I created is based on your own opinion on current PUBLIC issues with Starbucks. It is fully optional for you to fill this out and is completely 100% anonymous. All information provided will only be used in information for the case study, and be deleted after the presentation.
