you can look up the questions on partnerhub (search “ssv interview” or “supervisor interview”); try to think of specific examples/anecdotes that show that you’re thinking about the big picture (customer experience, coaching/supporting other partners, suggestions to improve the store, etc) and looking to grow/challenge yourself.
and fwiw making it to the interview stage means that the hiring manager sees you as a strong candidate - so even though it’s a cliche, above all just be yourself! best of luck 🍀

be ready to bring up any areas of opportunity you have brought up/worked on/discussed with your SM. bring specific examples for every answer so you can be thorough. if you’re not confident in your answer be prepared to bring up how you would do it differently now. think your answers around how you support your team, not just what you can do for yourself. also, just ben yourself! interviewing managers can really sense when you’re lying about something lol. good luck!
