I would say yeah but to be on the safe side throw some leggings on under it.

yeah for sure 😭 my legs are always cold so i’d need to anyways with temperatures dropping

I just feel like I can't move how I want at Starbucks in a skirt or dress if I don't have leggings on just in case lmao

Anyways it's super cute!

I thought you weren’t able to wear leggings due to health stuff. Like if hot liquid gets on it
glowml 8 points 9m ago
unless it’s under a skirt or dress is what the dress code said

My work outfit is either a t-shirt and jeans or a sweater and jeans, depending on the weather
Routine-Telephone-38 3 points 9m ago
I usually wear cute cargos and a long sleeve shirt

Honestly Iv seen sm’s decide dress code based on if it’s “aesthetically pleasing”
Onetime I worked a shift where one girl was wearing yoga pants, and then another girl who was kinda bigger came in wearing yoga pants and was told to go home. And when she asked why the other girl didn’t get sent home and the sm said “it looks better on her”

You need to call ethics and compliance on stuff like that
OGbananaranium 15 points 9m ago
Yes!! It’s super cute!
aronelo 13 points 9m ago
Yes! I wear something similar on a regular basis, and have never gotten any feedback other than being told it's a cute dress. Definitely if it's a little on the shorter side, put some tights or leggings under it, and of course wear a shirt underneath, but the dress itself is fine!
PoppyPancakes 10 points 9m ago
Yep! Wore almost the exact same outfit to work today. It just has to be no shorter than 4 inches above your knee

I wear dresses similar to this! It says in the dress code that they can’t be shorter than a certain amount of inches from your knee. Mine go just a bit longer than whatever the dress code says. I can’t remember off the top of my head. I also wear black biker shorts underneath. Partly for a safety precaution incase I have to bend down and partly to protect my thighs from rubbing together lol

Also, my DM has seen me dressed like this and has only ever complimented me on it
xthefabledfox 3 points 9m ago
I think the only thing Is you have to wear tights under it. I wear dresses at work all the time just cause I’m there so much lol. Its nice honestly. A good outfit can improve your mood!
