hold the lever while opening them. its easy, do u even lift?

(seriously though, this equalizes the pressure making it easier to open. a pressurized container hates getting opened. i have had zero arm strength my whole life and have never once had issues opening the whips with this method)

The grooves inside the cleaning slots need to be cleaned occasionally. Gunk from the tablets can build up in them and make it super hard to get the stupid cleaning key out. If you have a wire brush they work great. Hope that helps :)

I helped at a store that had the M2 and said they were having a hard time with it. They ordered 2 spare cleaning tab ports (1 to replace and 1 to have a spare) and that fixed the problem real quick.

i sliced my finger open trying to twist it one day and my ssv said to pour hot water on it when it gets stuck really bad (obviously don’t touch while it’s still boiling hot) and then wipe out the inside before you twist it back in!

ive had to leave it once or twice without pilling bc no one could remove it. we had a guy come "fix" it once and he lubed the slot with the pill key, but it didnt make it much better. maybe slightly, but not a lot.
