We all receive raises at the same time, you will only receive a raise through promotion or with everyone else in your position

Similar situation to one of my coworkers, but she only got to pick her starting wage because she agreed to transfer stores to help start up ours after our SM got fired. So I guess under certain circumstances, and I mean very specific ones, you might get a raise.
