That depends on your volume, or sales quota.
Part of the SMs job is to make a par for your store for what the SSVs should be ordering.
If you’re low volume you might have a par of 24 2%, whereas a high volume store might have a par of 52.
Note this is for the main BOH fridge.
As for FOH, that depends as well. Every store is different in how the store/stock.
My old DT had 6 2%, 2 N, 2Wh, and then assorted HWC,B and refreshers whereas the DT bar had two of each milk and then 3 alts, with 6 oats and then refreshers.
Now my cafe store has an alt milk fridge (hwc b and S.Co.A, Oat have X amount each)
But you just have to look at see how it’s set up.

at my store its
* 3 soy
* 3 almond
* 3 coconut
* 6 oat
* 4 2%
* 2 whole
* 1 heavy
* 1 h&h
* 1 nonfat
but i imagine its different everywhere
