Out of curiosity…How many times a week on average is your SM at your store? Do they actually show up for the entirety of their ‘admin’ scheduled shifts? How often do they work scheduled coverage on the floor?

he’s at the store for all of his scheduled shifts, stays later more often than not, and comes out onto the floor and helps very frequently. he’s a good one tbh

Mine is there for her whole shift, even stays late. Will open the store, and has pulled 15 hour shifts (multiple times) to open and close the store if a shift calls out. Honestly, she is the best SM I have ever had.

They are in store for all of their schedule unless otherwise communicated (doing work in another store or meeting with our DM, for example)

barely 4 days a week and only stays for like two hours in the morning then has some excuse as to why they have to leave. last week they were supposed to be training a new ssv and they didn’t even show up.. how are y’all getting lucky with these good managers 😭

5 days a week. Scheduled for coverage, non-coverage, keyholder, and admin work. Does a lot on the floor - all positions including CS.

Always there for scheduled shifts (40 hrs), is on the floor for peak M-F, stays late when needed, usually doesn’t work nights and weekends but does when needed.

Yeah if this sub is to be believed I guess there are stores like yours but I can’t imagine my DM allowing anyone to run a store that way 🤷🏼♂️

probably about four days a week. she’s scheduled for five-six but frequently works from home for admin days. she’s only on the floor twice a week at most as a shift

Always comes in on time but then usually stays till nearly close and will come in on days off to cover partners who call out sick. A jem this one is
