Definitely a different flavor palette but pairs nicely together. I had one last night but awfully sweet, any suggestions for better ratios?

I do something like this at home, I have an $1 and it makes like 3+ inches of extremely stable foam.

I drink blonde cold brew mostly and also make cold brew ice cubes. So one day I put a cold brew ice cube in a cup and topped it with the hot very dry foam. Then poured cold brew down in over the foam and let it sit for a minute for the temperature to stabilize.

Comes out fantastic! Highly recommend.
