Tall rant. Yelled at 5 minutes into my shift (self.starbucksbaristas)

Short bc I’m writing this on my 10. Customer ordered an americano with room, asked me to remake it and only fill it half way, then got mad that I added any water at all and called me an idiot. Great start to my shift.

These are the kinds of people who should just go home and make their own coffee or something, because the rate at which they changed their minds and then get mad is irritating.
