At 7pm last night, not the same as yours but I came back from using the restroom and taking trash to a lady standing at the kiosk who said, in a very accusing tone of voice, "I have been waiting here fifteen minutes!" Nine fraps would be way worse, but I really hate dealing with these entitled customers with no sense of awareness that other people are real beings.
