what is the best starbucks in fort worth? I'm looking to transfer:) I really like working opening shifts and I would love to work in a store with good vibes/good management who care about customers and follow beverage standards:)

I think this will be insanely hard to answer. I live in the DFW area. There are so many locations and I doubt anyone would be like “this is the store I work at and I love because ____”

Your best bet is to go around as a customer and sit in some lobbies and get the vibe of the crew working. Make sure they have an ssv opening. I did this when I applied to my store as a barista and chose it specifically because I saw everyone getting along and no one looked insanely depressed lol. I’ve been here now for over a year and a half and have been an ssv for 7 months.

This is exactly what I did. I went to all the local Starbucks and sat in the lobby for a while to get the vibes. I wasn't particularly impressed by most of the stores in the area, but there were 2 that seemed fine so I applied to both. It took about 2 months for me to hear back, though it was difficult to wait because I was so unhappy at my previous workplace, it feels worth it now because my new store and boss are incredible.
