sameeeee, ive been at my store for a year and we've served nitro for maaaaaybe one week out of that time. Our dm has no interest in getting the tap fixed because "if we fix/replace the old nitro system now we might not be able to get you guys the new one!" but its been a year and we're still stuck serving cold brew from 2L pitchers lol

ive been a shift for a year and worked in coffee prior to this job as well; I understand the general concept of a misto💀 I was just flipping through the regional/test tab today and hadnt seen anyone talk abt this drink yet. ive also worked at a place that had an "iced cafe au lait" before that was just iced coffee with extra cold milk, and wasnt sure if starbucks was going in that direction or not as my region doesnt serve this.

It says nitro misto. So it is not talking about a traditional misto. Also nitro cold brew with steamed milk would be a weird temperature. This person knows what a misto is. But what the button is talking about isn’t that.
