Do you wait until the person gets there to fill the traveler or do you fill it as soon as you get the ticket?

I will brew a new pot, gather the sugars/cups/cream, then fill it. There are too many variables at a busy store to wait to fill it until they arrive; they’re usually in a hurry and I don’t wanna deal with huffing and puffing. Most of the time it works out perfectly.
