the amount of money we have spent on techs coming to "fix" our ice machine just for it to be faulty literally immediately when they leave, we could have just bought a whole ass new ice machine.. but they could get us a new freezer 🙄

Ours finally got fixed after two weeks... SFMs bonus based on the store profitability... every time I called for another ice delivery, I shed a tear for my dying bonus.

We have been without an ice machine since May. After about 8 weeks, they sent out someone to replace it with a new unit but sent the wrong unit… they said to wait another 8 weeks but we still haven’t heard anything and they haven’t been responsive lol. It sucks
