i'm sure this is a common post but anyone have tips for a ssv interview? i finally got one after a year of trying and i really don't wanna mess it up lol

Think about situations where you’ve supported your team, like maybe a time a situation escalated and you were able to decompress the situation. Think about ways you’ve improved your store, ways that you could have improved, ect.

The ssv interview focuses on your ability to coach and lead your team whereas the barista interview was mostly about customer service and connections (though you might still be asked how you enhanced a customer's experience). You may be asked about a moment you coached a partner or a moment you disagreed and how you worked through that disagreement as a team.
This isn't important, but I dressed in an outfit that made me feel good and confident and made sure my body language was open (didn't cross my arms for example) even though it was with my manager who I see every day. I believe that sort of thing helps project one's best self.
