Is it standard to add ice or to make it without ice? I know it seems like common sense to not put ice in it, but every time I’ve had a customer order a cold milk for their kid and I’ve made it without ice, they’ve asked me to put ice in it. However, this morning, I had a particularly nasty customer ask me “what i was thinking” putting ice in his kid’s milk 🙃🙃

SM said she wasn’t sure what standard is so the safest bet is to just start asking people what they prefer, but I was wondering if there was a genuine Sbux standard on this? What do y’all do?
