Lol same with me. A customer ordered both a tall latte and a tall cappuccino. Handed them both to him and he’s like moving them both up and down and says “one has less in it” I go “no sir, ones a latte and the other is a cappuccino” he says “ones less full” again, I say “sir, a latte is mostly milk with some foam, a cappuccino is less milk and mostly foam, so it’ll be lighter in weight” HE GOES “you’re wrong” so at that point this conversation was out of my pay grade so I called my sm over to explain it to him lmao
