I’ve been a trainer for about a year and for the next two weeks I’m training a brand new store manager. I’m super nervous since I’ve been working only one day a week for the last few months but due to the latest requirement, I changed my availability. But literally my first shift back is training this new store manager and I’m a bit scared. Any tips?
