Are we supposed to notify the SM if we are switching shifts with someone? I notified the SSV in charge and they are okay with it. No one is going OT. We tried doing it on the app but it doesn’t allow us to do it. I wrote it in the book. The SM told me that if there’s a call out to not call her or notify her but to call the store and let the SSV deal with it. But she’s up my butt about switching shifts?
