I think so. Everyone in my store ranges from 17(me) to 55(fr) with most being early/mid 20s. Other stores I go to look to have a similar age range

I would imagine so. Starbucks is a job best suited for people who are going to school and before they start their careers.

Some partners end up staying for whatever reason. I've been with the company for a long time because I've spent time traveling and going to school.

I'd estimate about 80% of our store's partners are 18-29 y/o. We have 4 who are still in high school, and 8 that are 30+.
