Depends on if your LS or Corp. Some DMS for LS don’t always go into detail on them and especially if they are new to the bux or these days they don’t have time to. They also don’t expect as much Corp specifics because you aren’t fully trained in Starbucks ways. LS only get notebooks to self learn this stuff and they aren’t really detailed or have much support. Either way it should be filled out the same. Ops excellence on StoreLink can help guide you on what each section of the PPV is.

The basics of the SAP is just putting into writing how you will bring the store up to standard and how you will grow your business. Use SMART goals. You want to make it clear on what you intend to work on and what you need to do and how you will do it by who and by when. Be specific and detailed with a timer. Then how will you validate how your actions have worked.

PPV is more of planning for the upcoming period.
What are your goals for each section. Ops Excellence has sections for each of the blocks and you can use it to pick things from each one to use for each box. Make it specific to your store. With the same as the SAP be specific and detailed. For example don’t just put we need to hire. Be specific how many baristas, ssv and trainers. What shifts are needed to fill coverage gaps.

Hope that helped! Good luck!

This is incredible, I can't truly thank you enough. I was embarrassed at the thought of having to go into my meeting with the DM and not having the slightest clue as what to do or say.

No problem 😉 I just saw another one your posts and kind of figured you were LS. Unfortunately there is like no support for LS and DMs don’t take time to help and half can’t even help 🤦🏻‍♀️. I was in corp for years and so it’s embedded in my brain. Lmk if you have any other questions and I’ll try to help. Need to start working on mine too 😢

Overall I feel as thought I have a good knowledge of the standards and have been training for our location, as well as others. It's mostly the paperwork I am struggling with currently. The old team lead trained me to receive invoices and that was it, huge learning curve for me.

Thank you again. 🤗 You've got this. We've got this.
