Advice! Store to Reserve Store (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m looking for any advice on this situation! I’m currently an SSV, but have been interviewing for Ops Lead at a reserve store. How do these two positions compare? I’ve been working on development, and should be applying soon to ASM. However, I recently applied to this Ops Lead and would have to relocate for it. Is it worth it? Am I putting my development on any kind of a halt?
