I feel bad for my coworkers though because I am close to some of them. It’s all a bunch of drama now and my boss is giving the silent treatment to some people. There’s a couple higher ups and one is visibly very angry and another is always really mean to everyone but I still feel I have a responsibility to be there

Just don’t come in. I had a similar situation with a partner who straight up quit because our manager was being horrible to her and not giving her the info to get accommodations for her disability. We all understood why she quit and didn’t blame her.
