New partner my learning glitch(self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m training a new partner and it’s having her authenticate every single time she logs in to my learning. I’m hearing this is a new thing and it should only have you authenticate the first time. Thoughts? My sm is fairly new and is going to look into it.

If you’re referring to the sso screen that has you use your security question it’s supposed to be every time they log in. Other than that I’m. It too sure the issue you’re referring to

Not the security question. It makes her pull out her phone and match the number that shows on her phone onto the iPad. Authentication. This is only for her my learning

I use this!! It is in place of answering a security question. 2FA is required every time they log in with SSO. In my opinion it’s much faster than answering a security question, however if they prefer you can hit “Answer a security question instead”.

It was in the weekly update a month or two back, so it’s a very new feature. I think I’m the only one at my store who uses it😅

I’ve never seen someone have to do that at all let alone multiple times. Possibly need to have her call enterprise so they can help
