I’ve been with the company for 3 years now and I’m ready to part ways but honestly I’m not sure how I go about cashing out on the stocks the company gives us. Any Advice?

Wait until your stocks vest again mid November and then go.

Call fidelity so that you stop putting money into the stocks and the new stocks accumulation is available in like a week or two so just wait until then as well to get that accumulation.
