Hi friends! Licensed store barista here. We just went through a remodel and got the mastrena II upgrade woohoo. However, we’ve experienced nothing but issues with it so I’m hoping y’all can help
We get the water flow error A LOt. Sometimes, most times, it pours no shot. You can hit a button to que a shot and it will go through the whole grinding and pulling (I can hear it) and produce no shot. We’ve turned off the espresso machine in the mean time so no espresso beverages.

Submit a ticket. They likely screwed something up when installing it. It happened to us, same issue.

Wow my store has this issue as well and in the mornings when I open I get “boiler control error” and have to reset the machine.. they thought it was a plumbing issue so a plumber came out and it’s still acting up. Good to know it’s a common issue.. I’ve never had it pull no shots yet just poor quality ones that look “dead”.

The water flow has to do with your water boiler (however the humidity / heat in the store can also mess with it)
Try making sure it's cleaned first like with the tablet
Then rinse then 3x on the 2 shot then rinse
May require u to do 3x on the 3 shots (it's hit or miss)
