You'll have to do it anyways, calling out won't get you out of training, it'll just get pushed to another day

Just my learning training, some stores schedule it others just send baristas to complete it when they have time. you may just be able to go home once you finish or you may still be wanted on the floor it all really depends.

Usually I didn’t even end up doing training that day unless my SM was there. The training usually is online but it could be a group or one on one training for something else.
