Ever hear of a baristas working in 2 different stores in separate districts? I work in a big city, we have several district stores very close to one another. Considering working PT at another store near my house. Do you think it's possible? 🤔

You could probably just pick up hours at the other stores in those districts. I’m not 100% sure but I think you only need to be in the same area as the other store to work at it. Definitely ask your SM.

As for being employed at both stores separately, that would be impossible. You’re already employed with Starbucks. You could possibly work at a licensed location like one inside a Target. You’d just have to apply to work at Target or whatever store the Starbucks is located in.

You can't without permission. I work a grocery store before starbucks and I'm not allowed to work that stores starbucks because it's a different coffee shop. Unless you don't want to ask and hope they never find out.

Grocery stores buy the rights to have starbucks products, they are not starbucks themselves if that helps distinguishing why you can't technically work it.

They also aren't the best cause there are a lot of times there is one person the whole department and the store will refuse to shut it down or turn off mobiles
