I started training as a SSV on September 6th. I keep getting different answers.

see https://www.starbucksbenefits.com/en-us/home/resources/eligibility/#how-eligible for all the info, assuming you are in the US. Eligibility is different if you are hired on as a SSV or a barista. For most US stores, if you are originally hired as a SSV, you are eligible at the beginning of the first month after you reach 60 days of employment.

if hired on as a barista, you are eligible after 6 months in most US states I believe. sooner if hired as an SSV.
