Ok hi everyone attacking me, my manager makes us , also corporate is now allowing us to split fraps. My manager says “make the moment right” if they want a Trenta cup. So we do. For along time we didn’t tAke the back of it was wrong because of Covid. We weren’t allowed to touch it after it was in their car or they have it in their hand. The customer has since been trained to stop being such a hoe.

It’s the Trenta pink drink with light ice(3 cubes), extra base, two splashes of coconut milk and no inclusions and standing in the opening of bar and breathing down my neck
It’s the venti, in a trenta, iced caramel macchiato with no caramel syrup, blonde shots, light ice(he means no ice), 4 (occasionally 3) pumps of white mocha and 4 (occasionally 3) pumps of vanilla syrup then drives away, drives back and asks me if I added white mocha and has my co-worker remake it.

WOW! Sound like this rude a** guy at my store excuse my language but he’s so rude he watches every partner make his drink and he literally will say some….. (“too much!” “Stop there” “milk to the ____ line!”) like it’s not even that he likes it a certain way but that he’s so rude about it. Then he drinks it and is like TOO MUCH CREAM REMAKE IT!!! But recently has been getting a smaller cup paying the cheap price then asking for extra stuff and saying light ice! Like yes I get it we don’t pay for anything but asking for a tall iced latte with extra cream in a TrEnTa cup light ice no space like bro come on

(i had to scrape the whip off 2 times to get everything to fit)
