Fearing my job because my gm didn’t take my concerns about my manager seriously (self.starbucksbaristas)

Me and other barista put the pieces together that our manager has been feeding us different lies/personal info about other baristas. I went to our gm with this and the interaction felt dismissive. Now my manager and my gm are having a meeting with me Monday. Should I be worried? I was just reporting a issue that concerned me.

Document the conversation you had with them as best you can and call ethics and compliance. I hate to tell you this but nothing will probably come from it but the more paper trail you can start creating the more of a defense you’ll have in case you receive retaliatory action against you
