Any advice on dealing with an unruly shift and barista?(self.starbucksbaristas)

I work with one shift and another partner in particular who seem to have an issue with everyone and go about dealing with issues in an unproductive and toxic way. For context, they’ve each been there for over 10 years and have a sense of authority they don’t have. It doesn’t help that we haven’t had a manager for months and we are overseen by another store manager who is in at most once a week if they come in at all.
They are very condescending and alienating. The other shifts in the store are great and treat partners with respect and care while the shift/barista are just cold and rude generally. They joke around and poke fun at me but in a way that straight crosses a line sometimes and really pisses me off. We all have fun with each other and I’m pretty humble but there’s a hint of truth in what they’re saying so I’m not laughing. It doesn’t help that they run the play to benefit themselves and leave us hanging most of the time. They’re highly critical of other partners especially shifts and it’s just counterproductive to a work place to be so petty. If I were to talk to them directly or our temp manager what should I say as to not make it worse or is there even a way?
