I’ve been helping out at a new location while my store is closed, they sent someone in like 5-6 to take photos of the inside/outside “for internal purposes only”. She didn’t specify but we think it’s for Google Maps listings

If you're ever worried about a vendor coming in, your ssv can ask who they are/what company they're from to confirm (technically we're supposed to do that anyways).
They do this every couple of years to get an update of where what things are, what equipment a store has, bones of the building itself etc. It's a normal process and you or your ssv/SM can see it on the communication tab on Partner Hub.
Hopefully you got someone that wasn't a douche!
