My store stayed open after the break in, too… Our DM just told us it was a minor incident but shouldn’t stop us from opening the store and going on with our day. Did the same thing, boarded up the door that was shattered.. I’m glad you and your coworkers are safe <3

So whoever it was clearly had never tried robbing a store before since they couldn’t figure out where the safe was and/or how to open one… like if you’re gonna waste time breaking in only to walk out with nothing at the very least take some pastries on your way out 😭

This happened to us last year and I had people bending down to yell through the broken window at me. While the cops were still inside and before we had locked the door (it was like 4:45 am) people were stepping over the broken glass to come inside and try to order 😂 they had cut our power and it was pitch black inside, cop cars with lights on…. Nobody cared 😂
