i get notifications multiple times a day from sbux partner hours stating that there’s shifts available to pick up from the week of x to x at x store, but i can’t see any of them in the app? not even my shift marketplace. is there a reason or is my app just glitching?

I know from experience that the app has a 5 day limit, so once you have 5 assigned shifts it will no longer show any more. it also will not show any available shifts those same days, even if they start/end hours before your shift.

The last part actually isn’t true! I picked up a 6:15-11:00a shift once, then a few days later an 11-6p popped up and I grabbed it, working 6:15a-6p.

I was talking about a shift for example 6am-11am, it won’t show a 12pm-5pm shift, even though you could technically work both. yes double straight through shifts show, but not split shifts with any amount of time off in between.

All of my colleagues have the same issue. The app is definitely having major issues because it seems no one is able to pick up shifts with it :(
