unionizing could help if your store bargained for a protection policy from assault and stalking, for sure.
on the coverage part, that’s entirely against sbux policy if you’re sick.
the dm talking about a partner like that is extremely unprofessional, you may be able to bargain for a clause where managers aren’t allowed to call out specific partners when talking to the whole store.

the dm won’t listen tho, he says you have to five coverage for yourself no matter the circumstance even though we’ve told him it’s against polity… so it might be our only
